Who is behind Paceo
I'm Deyan Yordanov. I work in revenue for a top-tier international luxury hospitality group, as part of a team managing 15 properties across Italy, Spain, Portugal and the UK. My background spans real estate acquisition and international markets, with the last seven years lived between Dublin and Milan.
I built Paceo after noticing something. Even large operators, with big teams and expensive systems, quietly lose money through gaps in how performance is tracked. If it happens to them, it happens to independent properties too, often more, and with far fewer resources to catch it in time.
So I made a simple tool that gives independent owners the same clarity the big groups pay a fortune for.
